You must be a customer of a participating financial institution and pass its required screening. If you are not yet a customer, you will need to open an account at a participating institution. For questions, please contact us.
How long does it take to start using the service after registration?
You can start using the service once the financial institution completes its screening. The timing depends on the screening process. Please note that some applications may not be approved.
Can I use the service if I do not speak a foreign language?
Yes. Automatically translated chat lets you negotiate in Japanese. Video calls also support automatically translated subtitles, and you can switch business opportunity details between the original text and its translation.
